1 Positive Thing: Today I picked up my residency visa for the Netherlands! I'm LEGAL baby, LEGAL!
2: A physical thing I like about myself today: I like that I've BEEN physical today. I've just spent an hour cycling on the bike paths and back roads of the Dutch countryside. My bum hurts. But if you're considering attributes - I've got perfectly shaped feet.
3:Non-physical trait I like about myself: I like that I'm intelligent and funny. Oo - that's two!

3. I like.... how I constantly evaluate my own judgements and scan them for prejudice, repression, antagonism, and other negativities. I like thinking about my thinking and I believe if more people did it- we'd have less violence in the world. Violence springs from fear, more than anything, I think.
